IRIS Bio Angel Hair Nests durum wheat semolina

Angel Hair Nests made from organic durum wheat semolina, cultivated by the certified Italian organic agricultural supply chain IRIS. They are slowly dried on frames and bronze die extruded. They cook in 2 minutes, like fine spaghettini, and can be cooked as whole nests to be dressed with sauce, butter or in broth. Alternatively, they can be crushed in the palm of your hand and added to vegetable soups during cooking. A typical dish that cooks perfectly, ideal for quick preparation. IRIS pasta is produced in a pasta factory built using green building techniques. The production process is traditional, respecting optimal times and temperatures to maintain all nutritional content.
