Tomato Passata is obtained from passed and concentrated round tomatoes, sourced from Organic Agriculture, crushed, refined, and concentrated. The cultivations in the province of Cremona are particularly favoured by the characteristics of the agricultural lands and the climate. After machine harvesting, the tomatoes are processed raw without the addition of sugars.
