The Passata di Pomodoro is obtained from pureed and concentrated tomatoes of the round type, coming from Organic Agriculture, shredded, refined and concentrated. Cultivations in the province of Cremona are particularly favored by the characteristics of the agricultural land and the climate. After harvesting by machine, the tomatoes are processed raw. The packaging is in brick or in polylaminate cardboard.
