IRIS Bio Pesto alla Genovese

Pesto alla Genovese, classic Ligurian sauce, is prepared with only fresh Italian basil. Ready-to-use sauce, excellent with IRIS organic linguine or spaghetti. It is recommended to cook the pasta al dente, thin the sauce with a few tablespoons of cooking water to better blend the sauce. Parmigiano Reggiano is already included in the ingredients.
