Tomato pulp is obtained from ripe tomatoes, carefully selected because they are processed raw in small pieces. For this reason, they must be of excellent quality. The product is then pasteurised. Upon opening the jar, there is a distinct aroma of fresh tomatoes. It can be used raw and is often eaten by the spoonful. Suitable for preparing a quick sauce by heating it with a little oil, thus maintaining all its organoleptic properties. WITHOUT added sugars or salt.
