Green Tagliatelle Nests with spinach, made from organic durum wheat semolina cultivated by the certified Italian organic agricultural supply chain IRIS. Slowly dried on frames and bronze die extruded. It holds and absorbs sauce well, excellent when cooked, doesn't break, perfect for a delicious dish. IRIS pasta is produced in a pasta factory built using green building techniques. The production process is traditional, respecting optimal times and temperatures to maintain all nutritional content.
